Online Accounts: You can set up your online account after approval you can access your account info. If you have any questions, please call or email HBS 713-869-7292 info@houstonbearing.com.

If you do not have or want a store account, you may check out as guest account. You do not have to establish any type of account if you do not want to. You can pay by credit card and enter pertinent information as the system requests it.

Shipping: We ship daily, if the orders are placed before 1:30p.m. central standard time they will ship the same day. If there is a delay in the shipping for whatever reason, we will contact you through email.

All shipping will be shipped through UPS and will be determined by the weight of the items being shipped and location they are being shipped to. There is no additional handling fee for shipments.

Pickup: You can request that you will (Pick Up Here) Houston Bearing we will put in will call. If something changed you can always call 713-869-7292.

Taxes: Taxes are added to all orders unless it is linked to an account that is tax exempt.

Returns: Houston Bearing accepts returns for items within 30 days receipt of purchase, with the receipt number. Product must be in good condition, inside the original package, and resaleable.

Payments: Online payments can be made by you with a credit card only. Online payments can be made on Houston Bearings accounts if you ask for us to open your account to the Online Store and you establish a password.

Acceptable Payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discovery. Debit cards that can be used as charge cards will be accepted. HBS’s website has information encryption capabilities that offer reliable protection from unauthorized access and provide cardholders with the safest way to shop online. Email is a non-secure way for transmitting information and should not be used to transmit card account numbers or other sensitive information.
